You should note that iPhone 5 will also be launched in 20 more countries on December 21st. Currently, it is available in 47 countries. Apple had unveiled iPhone 5 on 12th of September, then they had started taking pre-order on September 14th. It features A6 chip, iOS 6, 4-inch display, 1GB RAM, 8 MP iSight camera, 1.2 MP FaceTime camera, Siri and 9-pin dock connector.
