As we know China Telecom and China Unicom are the carrier partner of Apple. Both are selling iPhone 5 in China. According to China Unicom, they have received over 300,000 iPhone 5 pre-orders. You should note that iPhone 5 was available for purchase at 8 AM. The iPhone 5 launch was greeted with very less crowd due to the use of reserve-and-pick-up system.

Apple has also started selling iPhone 5 in 32 other countries on 14th of December. The names of these countries are South Africa, Panama, Antigua, Costa Rica, Barbuda, Grenada, Malaysia, Armenia, Indonesia, Brazil, Philippines, China, Ecuador, Saudi Arabia, Bolivia, Chile, Albania, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Russia, Cyprus, Moldova, Qatar, Jordan, Turkey, Israel, Montenegro, Taiwan, Jamaica, Macedonia, Bahamas, Paraguay, Venezuela and Bahrain. You should note that iPhone 5 will also be launched in 20 more countries on December 21st. Currently, it is available in 47 countries. Apple had unveiled iPhone 5 on 12th of September, then they had started taking pre-order on September 14th. It features A6 chip, iOS 6, 4-inch display, 1GB RAM, 8 MP iSight camera, 1.2 MP FaceTime camera, Siri and 9-pin dock connector.
We are hoping iPhone 5 will be launched in more than 100 countries by the end of 2012. Recently Apple has announced that iPhone 5 will be launched in more than 50 countries this December. iPhone 5 will be available in three storage capacities such as 16GB, 32GB and 64GB. You have to pay $199 to buy 16GB iPhone 5, $299 to buy 32GB iPhone 5 and you have to pay $399 to buy 64GB iPhone 5 with a two-year contract.
