Taiwanese handset maker ASUS is bringing two new variants for the August debuted gadget. We are speaking about the new Asus Zenfone 3. We previously discussed about the Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe that comes sporting 5.7-inch display, 6GB of RAM, 23MP rear snapper and Marshmallow OS. TENAA unveiled to new units with a varying difference in the memory division. The handset will appear in white and gold. Folks in China are likely to get a glimpse of the gadget soon.
Regulatory board announced Zenfone 3 with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage, while the other comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB onboard memory.
Speaking of the other specs, both the upcoming handset features 5.5-inch display with Super IPS LCD. The unit weighs about 155g on the weighing scale. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC. The rumour has it that the latest variant of Asus Zenfone 3 will feature fingerprint sensors on the rear panel.
On the imaging front, the Zenfone 3 sports 16 megapixel primary camera with LED flash for photos and videos. There is a 8MP secondary shooters for video chats and selfies. More detailed specs-sheet in on the way. It also ships with dual SIM and is backed up by 3,000mAh battery.
To remind you, Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe comes with 5.7-inch full HD display having a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. On the software front, the handset is running on Android v6.0.1 Marshmallow OS.
On the hardware board, ZenFone 3 Deluxe packs Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset. On the memory board, the smartphone is offered with 6GB of RAM, 256GB internal storage and microSD card for additional storage.
For photography and video recording, the smartphone features 23 megapixel rear snapper with LED flash. For the secondary camera, the handset supports 8MP front snapper for video chats and selfies. In terms of connectivity, the unit supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.2, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C 1.0 reversible connector, etc. It is backed up by Li-Ion 3000 mAh of Non-removable type battery.
