The craze of Microsoft’s latest operating system, Windows 7 RC was so huge that more than 1 million people have already downloaded their copies from Microsoft’s official site. In order to protect any unauthorized use, Microsoft needs you to activate your copy compulsorily. If you don’t get it activated, it will get expired automatically on 1st June 2010. Much before that expiry date, i.e. from 1st March 2010, your computer will get shut down every two hours forcing you to your copy activated if you want to use it without any trouble.
Microsoft allows you a 30 days of time to activate your Windows 7 RC 2 online for free. Once you activate Windows 7, you can use it with all features till 1st March, 2010 and up to 1st June, 2010 with some partial features. Below I’m mentioning the steps to activate your Windows 7 copy online.
Step by step method to activate Windows 7 online
- Download Windows 7 RC from Microsoft’s official site.
- After successful installation, click on Computer >> Properties
- Scroll to the bottom and find Activate Windows Now link, click on it.
- Click on Activate Windows online now
- You will be asked to provide Windows 7 product key. Find windows 7 product keys and enter one.
- Click Next to proceed to the next level.
- Microsoft will verify your product key and will activate it within moments. (You must be connected to internet)
- If you have followed everything correctly, you will get a “Activation is successful” page.
- You are done.
Enjoy your fully activated copy of Windows 7 RC on your system.

there is something if you get the virus on your machine you reboot your machine and load the same product key more than one tym so it means you have to buy a new key than you dont know how long is gone be valide & expired so it is not fair.
