iPad 5 to Feature Narrow Bezel

According to AppleInsider, KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has claimed that the next generation iPad will feature narrow bezel and it will be slimmer than the current generation iPad. Ming-Chi Kuo has also provided some information about the launch of iPad 5. Recently Brian White of Topeka Capital Markets had claimed that iPad 5 will be launched in March, but Ming-Chi Kuo has claimed that iPad 5 will not be launched in March.

iPad 5 to Feature Narrow Bezel

According to Ming-Chi Kuo, the next generation iPad will be launched in the 3rd quarter of 2013. Recently Macotakara had claimed that the next generation iPad will be thinner than the iPad 4. As we know a new LED light bar technology will be used in the next generation smaller iPad to make it thinner than the current iPad mini. It is expected that Apple will use this technology in iPad 5 to make it thinner than iPad 4. The sources of Macotakara had reported that the next generation iPad will be 4 mm shorter and 2 mm thinner than the current generation iPad. Currently, Apple is using two LED light bars in the display of current generation iPad. LED light bar technology will allow Apple to use one LED light bar in the display of the next iPad mini. Recently Macotakara had correctly predicted Apple related news, so it is expected that the next generation iPad will be thinner than the iPad 4.

If the report from Ming-Chi Kuo comes true, then you will be able to buy the next generation iPad in the 3rd quarter of 2013. Currently, you can buy iPad 4.
