According to 9to5Mac, they have received this information from Focus Taiwan who has confirmed that Taiwanese iPhone lovers will be able to buy iPhone 5 on December 14th. This is a great news for the iPhone fans.

If you are staying in Taiwan, then you have to wait until December 14th to buy iPhone 5. According to the major telecom carriers of Taiwan, iPhone 5 will be available for pre-order one week before December 14th. It means soon Taiwanese iPhone lovers will be able to pre-order iPhone 5. Apple had unveiled iPhone 5 on 12th of September, then they had started taking pre-order on September 14th. iPhone 5 features A6 chip, iOS 6, 4-inch display, 1GB RAM, 8 MP iSight camera, 1.2 MP FaceTime camera, Siri and 9-pin dock connector. Apple had launched iPhone 5 on 21st of September in Singapore, France, Japan, Canada, UK, Australia, Hong Kong, US and Germany, then they had launched it in 22 new countries such as Poland, Hungary, Luxembourg, Spain, Lithuania, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, New Zealand, Slovakia, Estonia, Liechtenstein, Norway, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Sweden, Ireland, Slovenia and Portugal.

According to Focus Taiwan, major telecom carriers such as Taiwan Mobile, Chunghwa Telecom and Far Eastone Telecommunications will begin taking iPhone 5 pre-order one week before its launch. iPhone 5 will be available in three storage capacities such as 16GB, 32GB and 64GB. You have to pay $199 to buy 16GB iPhone 5, $299 to buy 32GB iPhone 5 and you have to pay $399 to buy 64GB iPhone 5 with a two-year contract.
