LG G4 Beat Launched with Octa-Core CPU and Lollipop v5.1.1

South Korean smartphone makers LG goes for it again. LG seems to love its flagship device G4. It adds yet another variant under the name. The latest arrival goes by the name LG G4 Beat. The smartphone packs 5.2-inch Display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset, 1.5GB RAM and runs on Android v5.1.1 Lollipop OS. It is added to the mid-end range and hopefully an easy to pocket price. LG G4 Beat- next member added to G4 series is expected to arrive in Europe and Latin America in three color variants i.e. Metallic Silver, Ceramic White and Shiny Gold. The smartphone will soon be setting to other markets too.

As per the specs-sheet, the LG G4 Beat features 5.2-inch IPS LCD display having a resolution of 1080 by 1920 pixels. It measures 142.70 x 72.60 x 9.85 and weighs about 139 grams. The handset is running on Android v5.1.1 Lollipop with LG UX 4.0 OS.

Under the hood, the G4 Beat is powered by octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset clocked at 1.5GHz. On the memory board, the handset packs 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB internal storage and microSD card for additional support.

On the imaging section, LG G4 Beat sports 8-megapixel rear snapper with Color Spectrum Sensor and Laser Auto Focus for photography and video recording. Some of the variants will be getting 13MP rear snapper and the handsets are for selected markets in Latin America. For the secondary camera, the smartphone is offered with 5MP front snapper with Gesture Interval Shot for video chats and self captures.

In terms of connectivity, G4 Beat supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, NFC, GPS/GLONASS, microUSB, etc. It is backed up by 2,300 mAh removable battery .
