They have also claimed that the cheap iPhone will be available for purchase in emerging markets like China and India. The most important thing is that they have already seen low-cost iPhone sample. They have also reported that a TD-version of iPhone will be available for purchase in China this year. We have been hearing various rumors regarding cheap iPhone. Recently Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster had predicted that Apple will launch unsubsidized $200 iPhone in 2014. If the prediction comes true, then you will be able to buy iPhone only for $200. You can buy cheap iPhone without any contract. As we know Android phones are available at a very low price. If the cheap iPhone costs $200, then it will be a great competitor of cheap Android phones.

Still no word from Apple regarding the launch date of low-cost iPhone. We have to consider it as rumor until the official announcement. If you are not able to buy iPhone 5 due to its high cost, then you have to wait until the second half of 2013 to buy the cheap unsubsidized iPhone that may cost around $200.
