Micromax Canvas LapTab Tablet with Dual-boot OS Unwrapped

At the CES Event 2014, the Indian Handset maker Micromax has also lined up its device. Out of the box Micromax has unveiled Dual Boot Canvas LapTab. Dual Boot systems are one of the gadgets that draw a lot of attention. The Micromax Canvas LapTab features 10.1-inch display, 2GB RAM, etc. The specifications for the Canvas LapTab or the Laptop and Tablet Combo are illustrated ahead.

Micromax has been secretly prepping for the Dual Boot device. The new Micromax Canvas LapTab was spotted by the guys here.

As per the specifications revealed, the new Micromax Canvas LapTab tablet can dual boot i.e. it comes with two OS that is Android Jelly Bean and Windows 8.1. The processor packed in is 1.46GHz Intel Celeron N2805 chipset. The tablet or LapTab features 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen display boasting a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. In terms of memory, the tablet comes with 2GB of RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage that is expandable up to 64GB using microSD card.

Canvas LapTab sports Dual Camera i.e. 2MP rear shooter for photography and video recording. For video calling the front panel equips 2MP front facing camera. Connectivity-wise, the Micromax Canvas LapTab is facilitated with necessary options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, micro-USB, etc. The device packs a 7400mAh battery.

Micromax has not yet revealed any details on its pricing but will ship the Dual Boot Canvas LapTab in Global market and all set to compete with the other gadget makers. The tablet will also include wireless keyboard for easier access and writing. Micromax is in flare to increase its market share and is prepping for new High-end smartphones and tablets.
