Oppo Yoyo Surfaced following Joy in Indonesia

Few days earlier we learned about Oppo joy that was spotted online in Indonesia. Yet another smartphone joys the courtyard. Oppo Yoyo is the new arrival to Indonesia from oppo. The smartphone sports 4.7’’ display, and other interesting features like Dual SIM slot, 3G, HotKnot, etc. In the last two weeks,Indonesia welcomed two Oppo handsets. Oppo Yoyo Surfaced following Oppo Joy in Indonesia

The Malaysian market is all set for Oppo smartphones. The latest smartphone from the Company is dubbed as yoyo and was spotted online. Though there was no exact date of official announcement the smartphone have grabbed a lot of attention out there. For a recap, Oppo has launched Joy, R1S, Find 7, etc prior to Yoyo which are readily accepted. If you are seeking for the price tag then it is no secret. The online portal has flashed the price tag.

As per the specs-sheet, Oppo Yoyo seems like a mid-range smartphone with modest features. The smartphone flaunts a 4.7-inch qHD display of resolution 960 x 540 pixel. It is powered by Quad core processor in MediaTek MT6582M chipset running at 1.3GHz. It boards 1GB RAM, 4 GB inbuilt memory and for additional storage is equipped with microSD card slot that supports up to 32GB.

The operating system on board is the customized Android v4.2 named as ColorOS that supports gesture controls. On the connectivity side, Oppo Yoyo is offered with 3G, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct (HotKnot) Bluetooth v4.0, EDGE, GPRS, and GPS. HotKnot is instant file transfer service on touching the device screens. It comes with 5MP rear snapper with LED Flash. The front side comes with 2MP front snapper.

Measuring 138.5×69.5×9.2 mm Oppo Yoyo is also accorded with dual SIM (GSM+WCDMA) slot. It is powered up by 1900 mAh battery. For more information you can check the Official Oppo Malaysia Website.

Coming to the features added in the Yoyo, firstly the HotKnot service and second one is O-Cloud service. Besides the gesture control feature on Oppo Yoyo, the smartphone comes with HotKnot that allows user to transfer data only by touching the two phones head on head or screen to screen.

O-Cloud Service also introduces find Phone feature with 4GB cloud storage. Even the security system on the device is quite appreciating.

Oppo Joy details are discussed here. As per the pricing, Joy is tagged for IDR 1,699,000 or $146 while the new Oppo Yoyo is quoted for IND 2,999,000 or $261.
