Samsung Galaxy A8 the 2016 edition will soon make its appearance as it was spotted with GFXBench. The smartphone sports 5.1-inch display, 16MP rear snapper, 3GB of RAM and run Android v6.0.1 Marshmallow OS. The smartphone sports pretty decent features and we hope to see the gadget soon. If you are Samsung A-series then you can wait for the new Galaxy A8 (2016) variant.
Earlier we spotted two new Samsung handsets i.e. Galaxy On5 (2016) and Galaxy On7 (2016) edition. South Korean maker is in spree to launch the 2016 variants of its previously launched gadgets. We get to see new 2016 edition variants every month.
As per the specs-sheet, Galaxy A8 (2016) features 5.1-inch touchscreen display having a resolution of 1080 by 1920 pixels. On the software front, the handset is running on Android v6.0.1 Marshmallow OS.
Under the hood, the Galaxy A8 2016 is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 7420 SoC. In terms of memory, the handset is offered with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of inbuilt storage and microSD card expansion.
On the imaging front, the smartphone sports Galaxy A8 (2016) sports 16MP primary facing camera with LED flash for photography and video recording. On the secondary front, the unit packs 5 megapixel front snapper for video chats and selfies. Connectivity-wise, the device supports usual options. We are yet to get an official specs-sheet outed by the makers. No words on its pricing yet.
