Trick to Remove or Delete Website Thumbnails from Google Speed Dial in Firefox

Google speed dial can be activated on a Google toolbar installed Firefox browser. Simply click the toolbar settings icon and enable speed dial feature. There are a total of 9 website thumbnails appear when you open a new tab page in order to access internet faster. However, few times you might get embarrassed to see some illegal sites in that list if you are accessing it before some intimates. But thanks to Google, they have a option to delete website thumbnails from the speed dial menu manually.

Remove or Delete Website Thumbnails from Google Toolbar

  1. Run Firefox browser and open a new tab
  2. Click Edit Thumbnails link (below thumbnails)
  3. Edit Thumbnails

  4. Click on X icon on a website thumbnail to remove it
  5. Click Done to finish the editing
  6. You are done.

You can delete as many thumbnails as you want by following the above steps. You can also disable Google Speed dial feature in Firefox completely to get rid of this feature.
