The wait is finally over. Chinese handset maker teased its smartphone for quite a while with many rumours following it. But the smartphone is all official now. We are talking about the new Vivo X7 and X7 Plus. It was earlier wondered to be transparent gadget but we are wronged. Like other metal cladded handset Vivo X7 series is also one of it. Vivo X7 and X7 Plus are official in China where former is available for RMB 2498 from July 7 and the latter will hit stores from July 15.
As per the specs-sheet, the new Vivo X7 sports 5.2-inch full HD Super AMOLED Display. The handsets measures 147.30 x 71.80 x 7.20mm and weighs about 151g. On the software front, the handset disappoints its shipper as the handset comes with Lollipop OS instead of Marshmallow OS.
Under the hood, the new X7 packs Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 chipset. In terms of memory, the handset is offered with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage.
On the imaging front, the smartphone sports 13MP primary Camera with f/2.2 unit and LED flash. On the seondary front, the device features 16Mpfront snapper for selfies and video calls. Connectivity-wise, the device supports 4G LTE Cat.7 LTE, Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 4.1, A-GPS/GLONASS and microUSB. It is backed up by 3600mAh battery.
Coming to Vivo X7 Plus, the smartphone packs similar features with certain difference. The X7 Plus features 5.7-inch display. It also runs on Lollipop OS and offers Dual SIM support. The front snapper is same as that of X7 but primary camera is of 16MP resolution. It is powered by 4000mAh battery.
As per the pricing, the Vivo X7 Plus is yet to receive a price tag. Gold and Rose Gold edition are available for the gadget.
