Windows Server 2008 R2 RTM has been leaked to internet and you can download it from various torrent sites. Officially Microsoft is yet to release the original DVD ISO version for general public download. But this leaked Windows Server R2 RTM has got the original genuine Windows Server 2008 R2 installation files, including install.wim file. It has got the build version number of 6.1.7600.16385.090713-1255, which was compiled on July 13, 2009.

Unfortunately this is a home made DVD ISO and hence you can’t use it to boot up a machine to start the installation procedures.
