Zen Mobile has introduced its new UltraTab A700 featuring 7-inch 5-point multi-touch display with 800 x 480 pixels of resolutions. It is a company’s first 7-inch UltraTab, which supports voice calling, 3G connectivity both via a dongle and via SIM. The SIM card of this device supports both 3G and 2G service and it runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. The weight of this UltraTab A700 is 345 grams.
The UltraTab A700 offers 1.3 megapixels of front facing camera for video calling and its processor is designed by 1.2GHz ARM Cortex A8 processor , MALI 400 GPU along with it runs on Android OS 4.0 ICS. The internal storage offers 512MB of DDR 3 RAM along with 4GB of internal memory and supports micro SD card, which can be expandable up to 32 GB of additional storage. The network connectivity supports are 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, host USB and MicroUSB connections etc. it provides 3.5 mm of audio jack and the 3000 mAh battery provides battery life in talk time up to 4 hours and standby time up to 7 hours.
Although its name suggesting that it is a 3G enable tab but it does not come with 3G connectivity, rather than it enables users to connect a 3G dongle for better download speed. It has a Live Panel menu, which allows users to customize the Home menu contents with the images, bookmarks, social feeds and an application trey, is there. You can add shortcuts in the Home screen for browsing task manager, calendar, music player and more. The price of UltraTab A700 is approximately around $175 and in India is Rs 9,499.
